NEXT STEPS .. Roster Spot Acceptance and supplemental information

NEXT STEPS - Please review and complete all steps below carefully

Thank you for accepting your roster spot at FC United (Cedar Rapids) and FC United (Des Moines)!

Below are some steps to ensure you are properly registered and ready for the upcoming season.

If you have not yet accepted your invitation to join the team, please do so asap by logging into the MANAGE ASSIGNMENT link on your roster invitation. Roster spots not accepted within the 12-hour period may be extended to another player. Late registrants may be assessed a late registration admin fee.

1.    Uniforms ~ DEADLINE ~ July 7, 2021 These will be shipped directly to the address you enter upon ordering!

To prevent delays and ensure you receive your kit by the beginning of the fall season, you must order by the deadline above.

Returning players will retain their current jersey numbers. New players will be assigned an available number. If you are a returning player you may order your uniform kit or replacement kits now. If you are a new player, a number will be assigned and communicated so that you may order your uniform. Your uniform kit will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provide upon ordering.

FC United (Cedar Rapids) - Numbers will be assigned by the club admin.
FC United (DSM) - Numbers will be assigned by your primary staff coach.

2.     Training Gear & Apparel -  DEADLINE ~ July 14, 2021 - 

All players must wear FC United apparel to practices. Players will receive one t-shirt (navy) at tryouts. We recommend purchasing a red and white to alternate for training and these can be found on the link below.

3. TeamSnap -
You will receive an invitation from your Team Manager welcoming you to the team and your assignment to your TeamSnap account. Your competition calendar will be loaded onto your account where you need to indicate any weekends of conflict for visibility and planning purposes. 

a) Accept Invitation to TeamSnap
b) Complete information (include emails and best contact numbers) for Parent/Guardians and player as applicable
c) Upload photo of your player


2021-2022 Team Competition Calendars (projected) ~ Please refer to our Team Plans (projected) to preview the age group competition schedules. The projected schedule is subject to change as all events must adhere to club guidelines and approved leagues or events. Plans may be modified based on region (CR or DSM) and team development plans or assigned leagues. These as subject to change at the discretion of the club & coaching staff.

Financial Assistance ~ We value providing soccer opportunities to those in need. Follow the financial assistance application process using the link below, or contact your coach or club administrator for assistance with the process. 

Our financial assistance requires the family/player to become actively involved in one of the club fundraisers, in addition to the FC United Midwest Classic tournament which requires volunteerism from every FC United family. A club administrator would contact you and discuss several options.
