Our coaches have identified the player as the most prepared to currently compete at the Elite Clubs National League level.

Accepting this bid means committing to prioritize ECNL games and all assigned events as your primary competition commitments.





ECNL2 and preECNL2 - ECNL Development Track

Our coaches have identified the player as an emerging player for ECNL competition and will train and play in the ECNL player pool. 

Game time priority will include club-scheduled games and events that align with the player's projected developmental plans. This includes ECNL matches and any assigned events as determined by the coaching staff with no less than a third of the ECNL games, along with other games scheduled by the club to align with the developmental needs of the team and our players.




Premier - Technical Growth Track

Our coaches have identified the player as someone who can develop meaningfully within our program, with a strong emphasis on technical skills and foundational game knowledge. This track offers the most scheduling flexibility, where multi-sport athletes can continue pursuing other sports while managing conflicts.





No Bid - Recreational League Recommended

Our coaches believe that our club commitment may not be the right fit for the player at this time,  and that a recreational league would offer a more appropriate environment for continued growth and building foundational skills. This is not a reflection of your player's heart and effort - simply about finding a setting where they can thrive.

Roster Acceptance Dates for U11-U19

Roster spots must be accepted within the timeframes listed below so that we are able to secure your roster spot. This will allow players who may be on standby to accept any roster spots that remain open or become available.

Late Fee for Roster Approval - Any late registrations must be approved by the club Director or it will be assessed a late registration fee. These deadlines pertain to those applying for Financial Assistance Awards.

* Payment plans are subject to a transaction fee per payment. The payment plan transaction fee may be canceled at any time, should the full balance be paid at any point during the payment plan period. 


The commitment fee and club annual dues are non-refundable and the annual fee is due in full should the player drop out of the program for that season. If a player is removed from the program for breach of rules, the full contract payment will be due in full. Should a player on Financial Assistance not meet the responsibilities associated with acceptance of financial support, the financial assistance award will be rescinded and any amounts previously awarded will be due.

Uniforms are not included in the club membership dues.

TEAM COMPETITION FEES

This player fee is deposited into your assigned team account and will cover competition fees, including league & tournament entry, as well any potential miscellaneous team expenses such as team bench and team communication software. The team fees vary depending on team/age group.

All event and competition fees will be assessed on a team by team basis depending on events included on their calendar. All active players on the team will contribute equally to the competition fees and any fees associated with team events.



League Games - All players on the team roster will contribute equally for all league registration and game expenses.

Tournaments & Events - All players on the team will be equally responsible for their share of the tournament expense, Should the club exclude a player from a tournament, that player bears no expense for that event.

Practice Only (non-active or standby) - Players may be added to a full roster on a "standby" basis. These players are responsible for their full training fees and club membership, however they are not billed for team competition expenses. Should a standby player be included to an event roster, that player will be billed for their share of the event fee. Should a player be elevated to a full active status, they will be billed for their league fees on a pro-rata and their tournament fees as rostered.

Spring/Summer competition fees are due in late February

ECNL & COLLEGE SHOWCASES & ADVANCEMENT EVENTS
 
While these events are charged only to participating players, it is EXPECTED that our players are available and committed to participate in these events

It is expected that U16-19 players will commit to no less than ONE showcase event.

ECNL Playoffs, Regional Events and Nationals are not included in the expense structures noted above. 

Players will be assessed a $150 fee if they do NOT attend an assigned team event.

Some players may not be ready yet for different developmental stages. Movement between groups will only occur after a player evaluation.

At the discretion of our staff, 8U players may be placed within the program to prepare them for the anticipated learning environment and needs of that age group.
