For the Individual Training Program, the trainer will provide an hour-long session based on information provided by the player and primary coach.
The player has the option to select a private session or a small group session. If the player opts for small group training, they are responsible for assembling the group: 2 players - 6 players max.

Dates and times will be assigned for private sessions and small groups at the discretion of the club. Coaches are assigned by the club as available and at the club's discretion. The club does currently prioritize current members over non-members if that time slot is available.
